HEALTH AND FITNESS:

Mt. Kailash & Manasarovar are at very high altitude and go to there one should be properly equipped with proper paraphernalia and adequate medical checkups. So now that one has finally decided to go this high altitude pilgrimage one should go to the consultant and get following tests.

Morning and evening walk, jogging, stretching, meditation and regular exercise will help you all to keep fit and well. At altitude sickness we should be confident (Self confident), drink much more liquid and keep our body warm.  Jogging, stretching and any other exercise should not be done on high altitude.

MEALS:

We will serve purely vegetarian delicious continental & Indian meals; Breakfast and Dinner in hotels, served by trained Nepalese staffs. Packed lunch will be provided at the time of Kailash Parikarama.

PASSPORT:

Minimum six -month valid passport and two copies of PP size photograph. We should submit valid passport on procedure of permit so please be well prepare your valid passport before send to us.

TRANSPORTATION:

Kathmandu to Rashuwadadi (Nepal/Tibet boarder) by tourist coach. From Rashuwagadi to Kailash by Private Bus or private Van transportation according to group size with supporting truck to carry all necessary supporting equipment.

INSURANCE:

Full travel insurance coverage for medical evacuation, loss of belongings and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.

Arrive Lhasa, evening walk around Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple.

After Breakfast start Lhasa sightseeing including Potala Palace, Norbulingka and Ramoche Monastery.

After Breakfast drive to Shigatse via Gyantse – YamdrokTso and Khampa La, sightseeing tour of Khumbum Monastery, late afternoon drive to Shigatse

After breakfast drive from Saga for about 07:00 hours which is 320 km.

After breakfast leave for Mansarover in a distance of 470 Km which takes about 08:00 hours. This is the first glimpse of Mt Kailash if the weather is good. Parikrama of Lake Manasarovar via Bus then visit the Hot Spring In route visit Seralung Monastery, TrugoMonastary, Gossal Monastery.

The Holy Trek starts from Yama Dwar & Tharboche. We should start our journey after breakfast as early as possible. This day we have to walk continuously for about 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay at Diraphuk in guesthouse.

After Breakfast excursion tour around the north face of Kailash, reach to the Spiritual place where we will be very close to Mt. Kailash. We will have spiritual activities, meditation on “Charan Sparsh”/ Touch Kailash of Mt. Kailash on north face. After trek back to Dirapuk O/N stay at Lodge

Early morning we will start journey as early as possible. Our Tibetan guide will lead the group through Dolma La (5640 m) which is normal outer kora and can use horse up to the pass. Overnight stay at Zuthulphuk guest house.
